Updates Aren’t Happening
I decided to take out this dog to try him out again and redownloaded the app only to see that it won’t find Chip no matter how many attempts or how close it is to the phone. They abandoned the updates 2 years ago making this a crappy product that only does a few things. They just don’t care about it anymore. Sad you have to use an app to control the dog given you can’t use it.

So my mom and dad got me chip and now I can feed him also he can do tricks with app chip is a dog happy and like a real friend thank you wowee🙂

Can’t force reset. App hangs up and crashes and then robot malfunctions. Bad for kid’s Christmas.

My chip can’t move 1 wheel and it makes a snapping noise when it head moves

This is an amazing little dog I love my CHiP so much but the app hasn’t been updated in over 2 years and it has so much potential but nothing has been done. I no longer see the calibration option in settings and my CHiP won’t move on the floor even though when I pick him up his wheels spin. I really love my CHiP and want to use him. If any one could help and tell me a solution I would appreciate your help. Please I reallly want to use my CHiP!

Forced a firmware that bricked my chip
Don’t bother! The software forced a firmware update and bricked my device. Waste of time and money. Pathetic

He can sit he listens to your commands and he listens to you when you tell him to do stuff
