she tried to use it through the app but the system locked us both out. And it’s been since
My secret question won’t work and no one would respond to my email's.
My neighbour had his car damaged and came to me but for a video but I had to disappoint him because I can’t reset my own passwords to access the system.
apparently I need a dynamic password.
This company does not reply to it’s customers. Bought these camera 4 years ago

Latest update broke it
After the latest update, it takes forever to load each camera and that’s if it even does and also during playback of a recorded event there is no regular speed. It’s in constant fast-forward now.

It’s terrible I can never see anything !! What’s the point of having it if it’s no help to me or my family when we are away

Notifications
It shows I’m the app ad here that there are thumbnails and lists for the notifications but I don’t see that on the app? Can someone get in touch with me about this because I get a lot of missed notifications and it takes forever to go through them

The new app update is hard to see. Red writing is horrible and having to select fast forward speed every time is annoying. Live feed should be in high def not automatically dropped lower. This system is harder to use than it should be and is clunky by comparisons.
