Disappointing Birthday Gift
I got one of their scrolling signs as a present. But now that I have it, it’s barely useable. The app is no help whatsoever. There is NO clear way to program this. There is no tutorial, instructions, absolutely no help you learn to set this up.
I think the product could be great, but if you don’t know how to use it, what’s the point. I’ll keep it so I can try and figure it out, but until I do, it will sit unused, unusable, and definitely a reminder to just think about what I look at when picking out a gift.

Simple
The APP is easy to use. I have had no problems for two years. The only thing I don’t like is the RANDOM BORDER function. It’s stays on one kind and it doesn’t do the random mode. The power cord housing is weak and it’s best to use black electrical tape and tape the cord to the back of the screen to take the weight off the cord. Believe me you will want to do it. Whatever you do don’t yank or bend the power housing IT WILL BREAK. I HAD TO SOLDER IT BACK IN PLACE.Show lessWatchguy1960

A lot of Guessing Needed
This app is not the best. The instructions are a literal translation so you have to guess what is meant. Just like the other review, the trouble began right when I changed the brightness. There’s no way to reset. I’ve turned it off, on, unplugged, started all over and nothing. Now it only flashes like three spots and then blank, no image, no text, nothing. This product is an awesome idea but this app is just terrible. Please fix it, I purchased three of these for Christmas and would like them to work correctly.Show lessCrisMac
The worst app I have ever used!!
This is the worst app I have ever used! It is not intuitive and it is very buggy. I went to adjust the brightness and it is now stuck displaying only half a letter which is also duplicated and I cannot figure out how to reset it! I am unable to find any instructions besides the ones that were sent and those are worthless. The app comes with nothing loaded, no emoticons, nothing and no instructions on how to find content and how to download it! The device itself seems to be of pretty good quality, but that really doesn’t matter if you cannot program it! Hope this company gets its act together and fixes this otherwise it is going in the garbage.. what a waste..Show lesskwigreen13
