Useful for colors, too!?
Great for numbers, but very basic. The app picks only whole numbers up to the number you set, but also each tap brings a color. The screen cycle through five colors every five taps.
We wanted a way to pick colors like an old fashioned game spinner, to use for a stroke victim who is choosing meals from a prepared selection in the freezer. The colors can be matched to the tags, and the numbers to the snack or desert, making it easy to make sure he eats a variety of food.
We noticed the colors start over if the app is restarted, but if it’s running in the background, it will go to the next color. Same for the number you set. It go back to 12 when you restart the app. The app is portrait only and when leaving the app the phone stays portrait briefly until it corrects itself.
Wishes: That it be possible to store the number setting even if restarting the app; that it be possible to get a random color at least within a small number of colors.
