Great app, a bit slow

Really good coupons, but the app takes a lot of reloading and would recommend to just use the website.

New app is terrible

I don’t know who thought this new app was a good idea, but it is not user friendly at all. You have to choose your location each time you use the app - why? You have to choose your rewards now, why? It used to be so simple; you come in, earn rewards in points, use the points later for a free pizza. Easy. As much as I enjoyed the pizza, I enjoyed the rewards. The change makes me not want to come back. Also, $5 Personal Pizza Monday used to mean “all” of your pizzas you ordered were $5, not just one. another bad change. Sorry Pie 5! Love is lost!

Used your app for the $5. Off

Was told that I could only use the app on a speciality or build your own pizza. I did build my own with three items, but was told it was not enough items to qualify. Such a shame, as I enjoyed coming here, but in the future I will just go to a real Italian restaurant where things are a lot simpler to navigate.l for pretty the same money.

Love the pizza- hate the new app.

So long term customer here. When the app changed and I was prompted to log into the new app after updating, there was no way to login with existing accounts. If I did not want to link a payment card, it would not let me get out of the information screens in order to login with an existing account. I do not see any way to enter in an existing account into the new app developers. If you see this, please. I love your business and Pizza, but I can’t get into the new app at all.

Quick friendly service nice hot pizza can get just about anything you want on it clean store in and out in about eight minutes. Great when you’re hungry.

Hard Rock Casino Branch is horrible

The new owner has discontinued all of the coupons and benefits that your company puts out. They no longer let you earn any purchase rewards….really has went down hill for customer service since the new owner. At one time a note was displayed customers could see about employees plugging in their cell phones, that they don’t pay the electric bill.

It works!

The redid the entire app, and it actually works. It automatically carried over my old points with zero hassle, and gave me a free pizza. Thanks pie five!!

Confusing

When I signed up for the new version of the app it said I earned a free 1 topping 7 inch pizza but when I kept trying to redeem it the app would say “you don’t have that in your cart” but there was no 7 inch pizza in the menu except the kids bundle which had other side with it. Makes no sense so I couldn’t get my free pizza for my son

New update is trash

Can’t place an order. Declines payment every single time. I tried multiple cards with same result. Honestly the app was the only reason I’d eat at pie 5. My wife and I could order some custom pizza and avoid waiting 10+ minutes to get some dinner. When you’ve worked all day it’s very nice to not have to wait forever for dinner. The older version of this app was annoying that it couldn’t save a payment method. This new update is just completely crippling. Fix the app and I’ll start ordering from you again.
