Terrible product, zero support
I wanted to use the Pronote app to see my 11 yr old’s grades and teacher’s comments, his daily schedule of classes etc.
I wanted to love Pronote as I need to consult it daily M-F. Accessing Pronote from a computer doesn’t work for my lifestyle, as I’m always on the go and do everything from my phone.
Sadly, it isn’t possible for me to use Pronote from my phone, as the app “forgets” me every day and I need to reinstall it, and reconfigure it every day.
Very poor product and zero customer support.

Notifications don’t work
I am using iOS 16.6.1 and I cannot get notifications to work. In preferences in the app the button “active notifications” does not work and in the PRONOTE app setting there is no “notifications”. Impossible to contact the developer without customer number on the website.
Poor UX
Poor user experience: signing up is a nightmare, logging in is a nightmare, interacting with the app is a nightmare. And no improvements over time.
Hate everything about school
It has something to do with school so I don’t like it

This is perhaps the worst App I have ever used, typically as is common in France it will not have been tested at all prior to release. It is for an education system. If we cannot get the technology correct, what hope is there for the children.
