Can i connect it to my smart home app like Alexa and apple home?

Unless I am missing something the support/ back-up for this APP available online is non-existent. Makes trouble-shooting impossible and as a result have not been able to set up for my electric underfloor heating thermostat.
Would strongly recommend finding other APPs with better/ any back-up!
