Absolutely love it!!!!
It’s the only game we let our toddler play. It’s fully educational and yet it keeps his engagement. It has enough parental control option and with apples guided access mode it works perfectly for our 3 yr old since he was 1. I didn’t want him addicted to tech but I feel like knowing tech is going to be important moving forward and this is a great step in the right direction without all the bright colors and annoying/super rewarding sounds. Has been a great game for at least my son age 1-3. We all love it thus far 2 years.

Refund request denied
My older daughter downloaded this for my younger daughter without my knowledge. I was charged before I realized it but when I did (the next day) I cancelled and requested a refund. I was denied twice. I have been told the only resolution is to file a dispute with my bank, after which point I will be locked out of my App Store account. Customer service with Apple provides no resolution and I was told it was an automated system that denied my refund request and that there is no human process to override it. What horrible customer service from Apple, but also how on earth can a kids app not come with understanding that kids might make an accidental purchase and quick refunds not be provided in that instance? This feels so scammy to me and I don’t know if the app is behind it or Apple or both but I am not happy.

Terrible support
The app itself is great for kids and the content is educational. Hopefully you don’t have any issues with your account though. Our daughters account of 3+ years was wiped out by one of their updates and they have been unable to restore it. They offered to replenish her coins but after almost 3 weeks of back and forth we still have nothing. They can’t even do that apparently. It takes then between 2-3 days to reply to anything. It’s absolutely infuriating. This took so long that we were forced to renew and are now in dispute to get our money back. We still don’t have a solution and even the coupon for the other app they sent us doesn’t work.

I'm sorry I dont get this app!
Just downloaded- I want a resource for teaching non-English speaking refugees, uneducated in any language, cannot read or write etc...
The app, all 700MB of it, sits rotated on opening; ie sideways; no buttons work; in fact unless I used full screen (on my M2 MacBook) I did not even see the buttons!
No resize ability, etc...
In other words, pretty useless so far!
I know the reputation of the system- having been in and near schools that follow it- and the superb ability of the kids who learned there- I just expected more from this software.
Call me for more...

Great app for learning!
This app is exactly what you expect Montessori to look in a digital world, respecting the real world activities and interactions. I love the app because it helps my kid with developmental skills and it keeps him busy and I do not feel guilty because he is learning and I can be there to guide him.
Sets kids up for gambling
Seriously dislike what the app developers call a fun reward system for motivation. Looks to me like it’s setting kids up to be hooked on gambling down the track.
Kids don’t need an app to learn the things on here, this app just gives them more time on a device when they should be engaged in organic learning.
I wonder what Montessori would think of this.

Hello, we're sorry to hear that you don't like our reward system. It was carefully designed to bring just the right amount of motivation. We don't agree with the fact that it is setting kids up to be hooked because the coins they earn can be used to improve their preschool or their train track... It is closer to budget management than anything else in our opinion.

Whilst I understand that the free trial marketing strategy is the one that you’ve chosen, I really am disappointed in the dark pattern you’ve chosen to make. You KNOW that people will not remember to unsubscribe. You KNOW that people with small children have no time at all to think about apps, tech, anything that’s not crucial. You KNOW people have been paying you without wanting to, simply because they forgot. It costs you NOTHING to create an automatic email / notification to remind people that their free trial ends in X amount of time. It’s YOUR choice to not communicate it. This means you are the cause of what we can in design, a dark pattern. I want you to understand the actual consequences for a person. I now have spent the only £50 I had left for food and my credit card debt for the rest of the month. I will now need to dig into my savings, for an app my daughter will probably use a couple times/ never. I’ll put in a formal complaint about you to Apple. You have to come back down to earth and start offering refunds.

If you want to try the full content, you need to start a subscription but the first 7 days are free and as long as you unsubscribe at least 24 hours before the end of this period, you will not get charged anything.
