Not Accessible for the blind
Not compatible with apples voiceover. I am going to purchase this chair and I’m also going to be a dealer and help sell this product.
It is going to be very hard for me as a blind person to sell something to another blind person that they cannot use.
Please consider being compliant with the American disabilities act and making this product accessible to the blind. So many blind people need this kind of chair and would be glad to purchase it because they don’t have to leave home to get a good massage that you all could offer.
I will be glad to work with the company to create accessibility and I encourage you to do so.
This could take your product to another level please understand that I am a medical massage. Therapist and I have practiced for 38 years. I find this product to be a very beneficial thing and I’m going to implement it and self-care and sell it to my patients.

Useless
At one point it worked. Now it’s completely useless. Never connects to the chair.
Device never shows up in Bluetooth
I just bought an infinity smart chair x3 and found out it supposedly has an option to listen to music using the built in speakers. I’ve been searching for hours now on how to use it and found that there is a USB port on the base that you can connect either a flash drive or other compatible audio device. None of this seems to work and there are no specific instructions to be found anywhere online.
Now I try this app in attempt to using the advertised Bluetooth function and the chair never shows up in devices for Bluetooth. Cannot find a button on the chair that will turn on Bluetooth or any instructions anywhere to guide you through this process. Something as simple as this should not be hard to find especially when you pay over $6,000 for a product. It’s as if it’s a broken feature.
