App never works. Complete waste of money.

We purchased this app and it did not work. I sent three emails to the company with request to fix the app and I have not been helped. Regret buying this app.
Keeps crashing
After the latest iOS update the app won’t open and crashing? Any reason for this?
App keeps closing itself
App closes itself after 2 minutes, useless and not fit for purpose. Don’t waste your money.
Coloring Duggie
The staff were awesome and so prompt in fixing the issue. Kids are enjoying the app and I’m going to get a lot more Duggie apps!

Stopped working properly
This was OK for a while. But some of the brushes have stopped working!?
