Can’t even connect
I can’t even connect my jetson bolt pro to the app I tried to reset the app and the bike and nothing comes up need to fix
Disappointing
In an age where app connectivity can make or break an otherwise great product…this app as of today 1/3/24 has a ton of what we call in the business world “opportunities.” I can navigate the menu, created the profile, checked some features…all features my 7 year old daughter would LOVE. However…I can connect her Pixel to my Bluetooth great - yet the app can not possibly find it. Literally. I had the phone sitting on top of the board for 10 minutes. The app can not see my board.
The hoverboard itself is an amazing product that feels cheapened up by even offering this tease of an app. My advice is to get this worked out as soon as possible - yesterday would have been the best time. Otherwise scrap this app because it’s going to ruin the product name for the hoverboard itself. It’s almost insulting and I feel a little dumb for not cross referencing app reviews with the hoverboard itself. Looking forward to real progress with this app because right now as it stands, it’s totally unusable. Keep up the hard work!

Come on Jetson Do better!
I put in my password witch has been the same over the year and now its saying its not working i even tried the “default password” still not working. I tried making a new account but every time i press sigh up it crashes the app. I expected WAY better then this. Now i cant even change my color for my hover bord or even do anything might as whel just un installed the app. Thers no point of having the app now that it wont work.

App review
The hoverboard is great my siblings and I love it. We just got it 2 days ago and figured we would get the app to play music change the lights Etc, but every-time we tried to sign up or log into the app it said the server was down or failed connection. We tried on all 3 of our phones and every-time it said that. Our internet and wifi was full bars so we didn’t understand what was wrong. We really enjoy riding the hover board but would greatly appreciate if you fixed that bug since we payed full price expecting it to play music and the lights to change colors.

Great app dont understand bad reviews
Great app ive had my jetson since Christmas eve and the app has been with it the whole time it works great no problems with eather the only "bad things" thats happened was trying to bluetooth on the first day but i figures it out in a few min. And has worked perfectly fine after that

Jetson needs to fire the monkey who made this app. Nowhere were there instructions pertaining to ANY passwords you would need, yet the app asks you for one if you wanted to “bind” your bolt with the app. Even after signing up for the thing. I eventually figured it out after typing in the wrong password so many times. There’s a message that pops up showing the password that goes away after one second. AND THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT PASSWORDS YOU NEED TO REMEMBER. What were you guys thinking?? I like the feature that locks the motor so nobody can steal it but the hassle to turn that on isn’t worth it. I’m not sure if it’s the Bluetooth or just the app but the connection to the bolt gets lost very often and I’m always on the bike when I use it. Just awful. Just delete this app and restart please. That motor lock option and the setting to set the max MPH is neat but a real pain the use :(

AMAZING!!
I think it’s a great app!you can do a lot from the app like turn the hoverboard on and off!you can change that light color which is cool. And when you play music the lights turn on!super creative app love it!!you should definitely get the app!!!!!
Very weird but great software
I found very weird the app, when it functions as expected it is excellent, on the first day I got my hoverboard it worked great, connecting flawlessly, etc.. but on the second day it wasn't connecting, we tried everything, re-installing app, re-starting phone, re-calibrating the hoverboard and so many other things… while I was riding inside my house I purposely crashed it into my bed, and it instantly connected to the app after the crash, it kept connected until I went on it, it disconnected instantly, although the settings I changed while connected kept except the leds. While it is normal it doesn't even appear in the discovery, more less connect to the app.

Hey I just wanted to see if u could do something about this issue , well what happened was that when I downloaded this app I tried to make an account but it didn’t work and then I just clicked skip until it worked but after using that my hover board was uncontrollable and it stopped powering on put of no where and I would like to see if u could do something about it but this app is very bad for that
