eNeRGy Kidz is where fun and fitness begin! We are proud to offer a variety of programs for boys and girls ages 1 through teens, including Cheer, Dance, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, and Trampoline & Tumbling. Birthday parties, Parent's Night Out, and Summer Camps are also available. The eNeRGy Kidz app allows you to register for our classes, parties and special events.
