Disappointment
I really want to like this game, but it’s a disappointment. The easy level is far too easy, and I win every game. The hard level is impossible to win. Can there not be a middle ground?? It’s a great game if you like to win every time on the easy level! I did enjoy the game at first, so I gave it 2 stars. Don’t get this unless you want to be frustrated!Show lessMs Tina89

The game play is well done.
The thing I appreciate most is the ad preference. You can either choose to have a banner or one add every 15mins. I cannot express how nice it is to not be bombarded with advertisement so I can actually enjoy the game and app to its fullest!!Naturally Average

Good Challenge
Just got the game and very impressed with graphics and presentation. As a 75 year old I enjoy good Tablet games and this is ideal for the IPad. Exercises the brain cells very well with a good combination of skill and luck.Will be playing it on a regular basis. Well done.

This isn’t German Whist!
This game does not resemble German whist in any way, the closest card game to this, is Durak ( a Russian card game) or Trumps. The design of this game is also very basic with very little animations. Very disappointed.Charlsonnn

Thanks for your feedback Charlsonnn. I get that card games can have a lot of different variants and are known by different names to different people, but this is exactly German Whist by the definition on wikipedia, and the same game I have played since I was a child. The only rule variant I don't cater for is the option to play low (to win as few tricks as possible). I like Durak! But this isn't Durak. I keep my games clean and simple, sorry to see that you think that makes it basic.Brilliant game

Great game with non intrusive adverts. A couple of suggestions though.
1. Make the game playable in landscape - a couple of times I've played the wrong card as I play on my phone.
2. Can you change the layout of the hands so the suits go red, black, red, black? My eyes aren't what they used to be and the hearts and diamonds together often blur into one.
3. I'm not sure if it's just my device, but this app really drains the battery! Can anything be done about that?
Overall, this is a really fun app and it's even made me drop playing Clash of Clans after 4 years!Show lessBlind Haze
