Dear Joe, Unfortunately we couldn't reproduce the issue. The app is unlocked after purchase. Could you please make sure you login with the same Apple Account that was used to purchase our app? If yes, you can also open the app > tap on the hamburger on the top left > Restore Purchase. FYI, your purchase ties to your Apple Account. As long as you login the same account, you should be able to get the premium content. We already sent you an email, please check the details and let us know if you need further assistance. Karen.
