Normally excellent games but for some reason this one freezes and the kids can't play it, it happens in the same place every time...we need an update please. I have tried to contact you but your support is down and won't load ironically enough. I help my preschool grandson with this and he loves it. Some reading skills are required, so Nana has to be present. His favorites are matching animal sounds with pictures, coloring stripes or spots on animals, as well as pressing the recurring popcorn box to make more popcorn. I purchased this game for my grandchildren. They were really enjoying it but it's started to crash mid game. All you have is a blank screen with sound. Very frustrating.Ginge1962
