Good app, but limited search
Searching for products is difficult due to limited search function. Eg I need dog food, so would like to search for a product, but if I enter dog in my search limited results are displayed.
Also payment function is a little clunky!

I’ve used this company 3 times now. You buy the product, they ship it. Takes about 2 weeks but that’s expected and they tell you that upfront. No issues at all. Thank you!

The pay button needs to be a different colour. Hard to see on a phone. Took me 3 gies to sort out before I found it. Otherwise easy enough to use

So great for price and convenience! Shipping is always fast and you can’t bet the prices especially if you have a lot of pets like me haha

Vet supply is so awesome. The cheapest consistently on all the items I purchase and free shipping. The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is there payment system on the app. It looks so outdated and confusing and doesn’t really resize to the screen. Apart from that awesome shop
Can’t update payment details
There is no way to update payment details on the app or website, you have to call them which is crazy in 2021. And when you have an auto-renew setup it doesn’t tell you payment hasn’t gone through, it just displays as ‘in process’ and nowhere does it say that payment hasn’t been successful so you have no clue until you contact them.

I found VetSupply during Boxing Day sale period and have compared prices and this is really competitor and decided to download the app and give it a go. The app itself might need a little upgrade from user experience and less wait time accessing different categories, it always has a pop up window every time you navigate from one menu to another which is can be slightly annoying.

Does everything you want. Integrates with PayPal which I find useful. VetSupply always seems to have the best prices compared to others.
