Stupid game moderators!
I would give this no stars if I could. Do not download this game, do not spend any of your money on it. When things go wrong...and they seem to every several weeks...you have to email these idiots who don’t understand a word of English half the time. So the problem doesn’t get resolved and after a few weeks they will tell you too much time has lapsed so they can’t resolve your issue.

I played this and it did not live up to the ads made for it
Deleted character?!
So I put a decent amount of time in this game. Haven’t played it for a while because of work life, but I know I linked the app to my Facebook account. So I go to login and select my character’s server by hitting ‘character’ button. Only shows my server, it’s fine. Click it and brings me to the character creation screen. I’m thinking it’s an update issue so I resign into the app using Facebook and did a manual closing on the app twice.
Account is still not there. I even put money into this game.
I deleted it and going to re-download it. I’m hoping it’s an app issue. If still nothing, I’m not going to play this game again. Waste of time and money spent for nothing. 😣

Hasn’t saved my data
Started playing yesterday and got to level 25 was really enjoying the game, yet today when I log in it’s wanting me to start from the beginning with no saves. I’m quite annoyed at this as was enjoying it. Please help
Login is CRAP
I have not played this game is a VERY long time, but when I did I absolutely loved it. I installed it yet again and am having major problems signing in. I believe I entered the correct email and went to the first server, yet when I press play it offers a new character. I am indeed on a new mobile device but as advanced as this game is login should absolutely not be a point of concern, yet here I am. I would appreciate help from administrators if possible considering my account was very high levels.

Just a money grab
As a similar games just a many grab and nothing else... quest line is junk... graphics is terrible. Do not waste your time!
Can’t change the language
It’s on Portuguese:c
I speak Spanish(English,etc) and not Portuguese so I went on and tried to change it but one the check mark was on Spanish and it won’t let me change the language to English I can barely understand it because it’s a little bit similar to Spanish but the struggle is real I just really really want to play but it’s on Portuguese and it won’t let me change the languageeeeee :c

Bugs
Although the game is enjoyable to play the game has many issues that developers don’t seem to intend on fixing. If you’re an old player then your server might not have arena and servants working. If you’re a new player then there are no working events. This game needs some serious TLC.

Lost game data.
They’ve lost my game data. And just after I got a battle card as well!!!!!!!!!!? I was enjoying it to that point. Won’t be playing it again. Not now that I’ve had to start from the beginning.
