G.M doesn’t respect the High spenders characters
I spent thousands on my character, was loyal to GPC for 2 years I only played this game. Then 1 day just because I recharged in 6 different characters with my hard earnt money, they decided to ban my character even though I was an honest player. Careless of how much I invested in my character they can destroy your character and ranking by playing GOD. My advice if your gonna spend, buy Xbox or ps4 or other games from the shop because at least the shop respects that you own that item which you paid for, unlike GPC you paid for your character and they can still screw you over. Worst game I ever played! Customer service is useless they don’t help so much bugs no compensation or apologies yet it is one of the most expensive game.

Online/offline
I love the game, I’ve been playing since it’s been released..but now I can’t because WiFi is to slow at my school...So I hope you guys can come up with a way we can still play just offline..
Account Problem
I had a Facebook account connected to Facebook level 153 and when I got the new version of the new game and I lost my account. I paid real money in game and I've lost everything and all my accounts. If there is any way to get my account back, please respond back. I loved the game.
Don’t purchase anything they just want your money
I purchased a life time card on their game and after a new update the game does not start and they are not even crediting my current character with anything and neither are they refunding me the money. Just want to rob us of the money.
Issues with character
Hello um when ever I try logging into my game it keeps coming up as to choosing my character when I already have an account on Facebook and I can’t get back there I don’t know what’s happening but I truely hate it and if it’s an update or something please fix it because I want to play
Wow. Same problem as Lime.
I put some money on for recharges and a quick gear jump, happily took the money. My character model is now just a crystal and nothing loads in missions. And before they tell me to use the support, I’ve tried. It just tells me to fill in the exact nature of the problem... even though I did. Tried the “live chat” and nothing. Screenshots also don’t upload.

Character missing
Did the latest update and my account is now missing my character. It’s like it got wiped. Do not recommend updating

No customer support and very expensive
The game it’s self is a really good game but it is definitely pay to play, it would take years to get anywhere if you do not make purchases which are not cheap.
There is virtually no customer support at all, considering how much they charge you would think they would look after you.
