Foray into online magazines
I’ve read MW for years on paper and signed up for the online subscription version by mistake!
So whilst I’m not keen on reading the magazine through a device I can see why people would like it.
The interface is good, and on a tablet rather than phone very simple to use. It’s exactly the same on the phone but the screen is a bit too small for magazine format so you have to pinch and scroll around a bit.
I will be going back to paper after my years subscription online. But perhaps it’s because I’m a bit of a Luddite!
Great content in MW over the last 18 months too. The strain of the pandemic is evident in the dearth of new content in [all] wargames publications (Read as; lots of terrain modelling guides), and editors and contributors have done a great job keeping us all entertained. It will be nice to see what face to face collaborative efforts in war gaming and article writing bring as we venture into this brave new world c.July 2021.

Convenient Accessibility
I enjoy being able to view my magazines whilst on the bus to work, whilst in the waiting at the doctors or whilst on a flight. And there are not the problems associated with a bulky pile of paper.

App works as expected.
Best way to read
For me this is the best way to keep and read my magazines. I have the app on my computer also. I can read or print, using this app. I can’t recommend this app enough.

As far as the app works, no complaints. It downloads the issues quickly and has not had a lot of lost subscription issues once you have logged into your account.
As a longer term subscriber, I miss the access to all archived historical issues (a subscription gave access to all previous issues). I did not notice the publisher had switched providers until both the former and this current app stopped working. The publisher was super helpful in getting me back online with my transferred subscription but I miss the access to the old issue. Easy 5 stars if this could happen.
