It won’t even let me register.. it use to work, but now I can’t even log in or register. Junk
This IS a horrible application!
I can’t tell if the app met me register or not and all the instructions on low to fix are in Chinese… I’m taking back to Home Depot to get my money back: worst purchase ever!

App Broken
With the recent iOS update the app has broken. When trying to install a new remote for my mini-split the ssid for the Wi-Fi network is no longer pre-populated. This results in the app being disconnected from any Wi-Fi.
It’s 4/28/20 and the Chunghop “server system” is offline again. I can’t control my mini-splits. Very frustrating.
