OTP code not receive
I’m using Australian sim, tried 10-20 to resend OTP code, no luck.

The app is not as intuitive as Uber but it definitely gets the job done. Real time tracking, driver info, price estimates...it’s definitely the safest and cheapest way to get around Trinidad.

Excellent service
I used this for the first time a few days ago. Very convenient, very smooth service. You can choose to pay with cash or card. It works pretty much just like Uber, but you’re supporting a local entrepreneur.
Better than Uber was
Now that Uber has left Trinidad, Drop is the only option. But the app interface and drivers are better than Trinidad Uber was, so Drop is not just good as the only option, it is good on its own. Don’t be discouraged by the low ratings, Drop is the best thing to get you from door to door in Trinidad.

Do NOT use this app
Terrible customer service and they don't show up on time or at all. If you need to go somewhere it might be easier to walk than use this app.
NOT Recommended
If you need to get somewhere in Trinidad, on time, and without any problems then you definitely DON'T want to use this app. Non-existent customer service and completely unreliable drivers. The icing on the cake for us was missing our flight, after nearly an hour of waiting for a pre-scheduled and pre-"confirmed" taxi.

Reliable and friendly drivers
I was slightly nervous at downloading this app as it had no reviews and we did not want to get stranded but I needn’t have worried. Every pickup was on time and the drivers were always friendly. We went back and forth between Port of Spain and Maracus beach a few days in a row. If you need to get around Trinidad, I recommend.
