Lost its spark, tried to be like every other game.
When we used Sumdog in our class, 3rd grade, before COVID, there would be a buzz every time the computers were out and Sumdog was being played. They were days I missed. Now no one likes it anymore, it’s tried to be like every other video game with education. Sumdog was special, now it’s just boring and not as good as it used to be.
I still think it’s ok, but all the 3D stuff is weird, I don’t think it needed that change.
Otherwise, I like the competitions for math in the district and some games are cool. It’s good, but I definitely like the OG version better.

Hi! We have worked really hard with children in schools to make all the improvements that children asked for. We had to get rid of some old things as it worked on new technology - and lots of kids told us they liked the additional 3D features! It’s a very nice learning app that entertains me a lot, I usually get to play it at school when I finish doing math but.. the way I look in the games is really weird, please make it less weirder, there’s also more things I think you have to fix. I think you should add instructions for the games cause.. that ‘flower defender’ game took me a long time to figure out how to play, I finally know how to do it but I think it took me around.. 1-2 years? Not sure. There are also some suggestions I have on my mind, number 1 is: it could be amazing if you could interact with the things you get for your house and garden because I’ve always wanted to interact with them! Number 2: please make it less harder to make friends on sumdog cause the only way I can make friends is probably ask them on a social media or real life. It’s really difficult, so please make it less difficult. I have a lot more suggestions but my fingers are starting to hurt so it would be great if you guys could do at least one of those suggestions and fix some more stuff!Show lessum.AMAZING
Amazing for the classroom
Sumdog is an amazing thing to have in our classroom. It’s not just fun, but it helps my students learn with friends. Also, I can keep track, so I can know what people need help with. In my classroom, Sumdog is a reward. For example, if a student is done with their work, then I tell them to go onto Sumdog! Sumdog is so easy and helpful for my students. Also, I don’t have to do as much because my kids can just learn on Sumdog!

Great app for learning and fun but…
The app is great for learning. and it makes it fun to learn. There are different training types like math grammar and some other stuff but the thing is there is a friends score record and a school record and they work great but then there is the world I do not know if it’s just on basketball or all of them but on basketball the leader board is broken for the worldShow less:(:(:(!?!?

This app is used in the school I go to in the UK, it’s great for my class! (I’m in Primary 6) my classmates love it and it’s a great way to spread knowledge in fun ways! But all your old games, and features can you add them back? It’s very hard to find a good game again and all my friends play are Chef, but they are very competitive at it and we all miss the new games and features! Please add them back!
