Unable to connect
I have tried for 4 months to connect my prior subscription on my iPhone 11 and have not been able to upload the app to my new iphone 15.

Consistently having to restore my purchase
When this app works, it works great. I purchased a subscription to the application for the ability to auto connect. Recently, the application fails to auto connect and requires me to restore my purchase. I have to do this about two times per day. I tried to contact the support on their webpage and my email bounced back..
