Pretty good, but for some reason it lacks the ability to track days when you were a vegetarian
You only track days when you’ve eaten meat or fish, soo guess you done input anything on vegetarian days.
As I type this it sounds impossible, but I don’t think I’m wrong.
This lack of flexibility means that on days that I have eaten as a vegetarian, I don’t have the satisfaction of tracking it. Also, if I eat as a vegetarian for several days in a row I don’t use the app, so I fall out of the habit of tracking my dietSimple and insightful!
