It is automatically finished and rescheduled when all jobs are finished.

- You can now define a default job text message to send to a customer's mobile number. Jobs with a set text message will appear with a text message sign and you can send that message once when it is scheduled for the week. - You can now add jobs to a round with a different repeat cycle. These will appear with a warning sign in the To Do list as to check the scheduled date before removing them as finished or cancelled. When a job is finished, while there are no jobs with the same repeat cycle as the round anymore, the you are asked if the round is finished. - Prospects that are scheduled for the week or overdue will now also appear in the To Do list. - Moving a job or a round from a future expected date, which would reset it's actual scheduled date, is no longer allowed.

The App for small and medium business Window Cleaners! Keep records up to date while doing your rounds. Keep details of all your customers. Plan the jobs you do for them, and set the job cycle. Organise the jobs with similar job cycle in rounds and set the round cycle to keep a consistent routine. Your weekly todo-list is generated automatically. Finished individual jobs are rescheduled according to their repeat cycle. Rounds are scheduled to their repeat cycle from their set date. Tick off job payments and finished jobs and keep track of the payments to receive. View, rearrange and share current week's job list and adjust planning for upcoming weeks. View and amend your payments to receive and received payments with totals grouped by day, week, or month. Register work related expenses. Register your vehicle mileage. Export lists with the Share function via compatible apps, such as those for email or texting, as well for opening in a spreadsheet app (like Numbers). View your customer's payment history. Uses the currency from the region setting on your iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad. Supports English, German, Dutch, and Swedish. Supports Dark Mode. Please, use the option More > Help from the app to get more information on how to get started. You can backup your data via Finder on MacOS or via iTunes on a PC (using Apps > File Sharing when you have your iOS device connected). Your app data is also stored in iCloud and can be restored that way. NOTE: This is not an app with a login for a web based system with a monthly fee. Just one single purchase for unlimited use!

The best app for window cleaning
This is so easy to use and uncomplicated. Any piece of software is going to take time to learn and this was pretty easy to be honest. You can customise it to a degree and you can even text customers and navigate to addresses from within the app. I only wish it was compatible with my older MacBook Air!

Brilliant and consistent
Iv been using this app for about 6 years. In that time I haven’t had a problem with crashes or anything. It’s regularly updated. Provides all the features I need and doesn’t throw in my face the ones that I don’t use.

Keeps me organised. My favourite features are that it automatically books in the repeat work for me in 4 weeks time in my case. That it flags up a warning if a customers owes payments once you mark the job as done. And finally the ability to see each customers individual history so I can say things like thank you for the last x years or price is going up can’t believe it’s been x years since I last increased the price ect. So handy!!

Game changer
I don’t know what I would do without this app. It helps me stay organised, keeps me on track, tracks payments to name just a few. Also the technical support is amazing, quick and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
