Great game
But.... This game desperately needs some controller support or at least proper keyboard and mouse support. Especially with my larger iPad Pro control is very awkward. KB/Mouse support at least would make this much more playable if not full game controller support. Not really a big ask in 2023.kdogden

Difficult to steer
Used the old PC version which was fantastic. Very disappointed with this version simply because of the controls. How can you maintain direction accurately with a separate jump button?Nige PH
Needs improvement
I played and still play all and every version ever made of Battlezone and BZ2 since it came out in 1998, you absolutely have to add invert pitch ! Please!. Add inverted pitch to the control settings. Pull back or down to pitch up , push forward or up to pitch down. Also I haven’t checked yet I hope this app version can and will support game controller, or Bluetooth keyboard and mouse ! Too many commands to execute with just touch screen. If you add better control this will be great on iPad . Nice to see if a new generation of gamers will discover this great game though app version!Show lessBubushishi
Just like old times... almost...
Pretty good port, somewhat clunky dual stick controls take a while to get it used to (after coming from mouse and keyboard it’s a step down, but it’s manageable) only thing I’d really complaint about is lack of strat in mp :(Max Darkmane
Needs a Better Control Interface
With the PC game that I still play, the controls are the keyboard and mouse. I’ve played this app game “as is” and it’s okay for what it is. It’s a portable watered down version, but the graphics are way better than the original. Also lack of “cheats” and the ability to select the mission you want to play are one way, you have to play though them and then you can go back through the archives. No instant access to the mission you want to try.Show lessnachodaddy1
