App currently crashing when attempting to view GPS/Theft location
This is a pretty big feature. So it needs to be worked out

Glitchy app.
Took several attempts to receive the activation email. Iam using the iphone 13 with the latest ios as of Aug 6,2022. Now it’s not verifying my phone. Disappointed, considering the money spent. I honestly think I will likely use a regular reliable lock with no glitchy software application.

Me and my husband got LINKA for our Rad bikes! We’ve been using it for a year and I particularly wanted to wait and use it before leaving a review. It’s so convenient and easy to use. A couple of weeks ago, when we were at the beach, the alarm went off on my phone and I rushed to the bike. If it wasn’t LINKA, the bike could have been stolen. I strongly recommend everyone. Great investment on your bike!

Astonishing
How poorly the app performs. It doesn’t. Won’t download update. What’s up?
Forget LINKA.
Software stopped responding after 6 months. No reset was possible. I changed back to a lock and key. Customer Service? Do they have any? Forget this product.

The new app does not work and crashes as soon as opening. The customer service for this product is terrible. Avoid this company at all costs!
No location
Great lock and a nice app, but no location is shown
App won’t open
Just updated the firmware on my lock with a “critical update” and now the app on my phone won’t stay open for longer than a half second. It’s unusable.
App crashes when connecting
Updated firmware and app and now the app crashes immediately as I connect to the lock. Lock is unuseable because I don't know the manual unlock code.
Update: I was informed to uninstall and reinstall the app which fixed the crashing issue and now it is all happy and working.
