Don’t Bother with Sigma Link App - It’s Bad!!
I have purchased a Signa BC 16.16. The user documentation included with the product says to download the Sigma Link app and connect by NFC. I’ve downloaded the app and it lists very few Sigma devices inside the app. In fact, the app lists only 5 devices. I clicked on a link to check compatibility of other, legacy devices and the Sigma website lists BC16.16 as being compatible with the app. Unfortunately, there is no way to add this device to the app. Why not list all compatible devices in the app, instead of just the latest devices? Based on my experience, I can’t recommend buying a Sigma branded devices.Show lessiReview iOS Apps

The strava upload from the Mac Sigma link has been non functional since the latest release, but at least I had a workaround leveraging Sigma cloud and this app. The latest version of this app doesn’t allow upload to strava. How can you break such a basic feature?nadavr

I paid a premium for a sigma bike computer that could connect to this app.
Apparently the app cannot connect to any of Sigma’s wired or wireless bike computers.

I’m not quite sure what other reviewers thought was the point of this app. It’s meant to show you the activity data you recorded on your bike computer or watch, and let you change settings such as sports profiles and workouts. It does these things very well.
Ok, the ability to create routes from scratch would be nice, but there is already integration with other apps that do this. The ‘Top Values’ section should really have an option to show your all-time top values, rather than just those for a specific year. And of course Sigma lags behind its competitors on more advanced metrics around things like recovery and sleep, but those are limitations of their overall platform rather than the app.
I think the Sigma Move app will record activities using your phone’s GPS, if that’s what you’re looking for.Show lessnlt_1840
Software leider einfach nicht funktionstüchtig
Ich habe einen Rox GPS 11.0. Der Bikecomputer an sich gefällt mir gut und hat alle Funktionen die ich mir wünsche. Die Software für iPhone und OSX zwingt mich aber leider dazu umzusteigen. Sowohl mit Kabel am Macbook als auch über Bluetooth mit der App wird jeder Sync Versuch zum Abenteuer. Aktivitäten übertragen muss mehrfach probiert werden und ist über bluetooth so langsam, das ich in der Zwischenzeit schon die nächste Tour gefahren sein könnte. Es ist einfach nur super Schade, das Gerät ist solide aber ohne vernünftige Software nutzlos. Ich habe seit Juni 2019 auf ein OSX Update gewartet, weil das Gerät nicht mal mehr erkannt wurde wenn ich es per USB angeschlossen habe. Seit dem April 2020 Updates wird es nun wieder erkannt aber ist leider nach wie vor super fehleranfällig. In der Zeit wo ich App und Rox sich gefunden haben, hat mein Wahoo alle Aktivitäten gesynct und bereits zu Strava hochgeladen. Ich habe wirklich lange mit dem Umstieg gehadert aber Sigma erscheint mir hier am Ende nicht konkurrenzfähig.Show lessMeiSign
Terrible app and gps device
The app is terrible, you can’t connect to the pure gps because iOS is not supported. App lacks any functionality because of this and make us useless to have. The gps is useless without a software.Billy EP3
Worst app and bad bike computer
Wow is this a bad app. I synchronize 130+ workouts and they sync every single one which takes about 10-15 sec per workout. Takes forever.
The next time you sync they sync most workouts (100+) again. Which - again - takes forever. Clearly, they don’t know how to do software right.
On my Rox 12 - their top of the line computer - I have not been able to finish synchronization successfully even once. On the same device Strava sync works just fine.
When I got the Rox 12 it was super buggy. I contacted support and they promised fixes which took 6+ months. A while ago Sigma pulled out of the US. I wonder why.
I regret to have switched away from Garmin. This was my only and last Sigma. Never again.Show lesskms.us

The instructions on my sigma pure 20 gps say it should work with the Apple app. It doesn't. Only two devices are compatible, not mine. Disappointing.michaelevans60
