How do I reset the wifi password to default

I change the password through the app and now I can’t connect via wifi to mydean and don’t know how I can reset the wifi password to default so that can be changed later on.

Poor support - no email to contact

Hello

I have been trying to contact your support for the app, and also looked directly on your company site to try to get in touch.

Unfortunately, there is no option to contact you - other than by phone, which would be too expensive for international calls!

I was trying to find out how can I reset the Wi-Fi password for MyDean DVR E7?
