    отличное приложение, ни разу не хотелось сдаться и опустить руки. мотивация зашкаливала, очень нравится функционал приложения.

    Amazing amount of information spread out in daily posts. Really well structured and quite demanding despite the simplicity. One of the workout apps worth keeping and doing the program all over again several times. I'm at my first and I know I'm not strong enough to use all of it to its maximum yet!

  • Really happy with SOTKA!

    If you are just starting your journey in callisthenics or just want to improve your strength and health in general - look no further- this app is all you need!

    It’s rare when you can find really decent all-in-one app, but this is exactly it!
    1) It gives you lots of useful information about different topics related to workout, your body and health
    2) It teaches you how to exercise correctly minimising risk of injury and increasing effectiveness
    3) It gives you a step-by-step system for training. No equipment required
    4) It motivates you to be better self then you was yesterday
    5) It is completely free with a very convenient app for Apple Watch

    Some improvements that would be nice to have:
    1) possibility to roll-back for a few weeks, rather than starting from the beginning
    2) For Apple Watch - ability to switch from sets to circular type of training
    3) For Apple Watch it would be great to see the heart rate when timer is counting 60 seconds

    But this is all minor

    Редко когда можно найти действительно достойное приложение все-в-одном, но это именно тот случай!
    1) Вы подучите много полезной информации по различным темам, связанным с тренировками, вашим телом и здоровьем.
    2) Научит, как правильно выполнять упражнения, сводя к минимуму риск травм и повышая эффективность.
    3) Вы подучите пошаговую систему тренировок. Никакого специального оборудования не требуется
    4) Вы получите достаточно мотивации, чтобы стать лучше, чем вы были вчера
    5) Приложение совершенно бесплатно с очень удобным приложением для Apple Watch

    Некоторые улучшения, которых мне не хватило:
    1) возможность отката на несколько недель вместо того, чтобы начинать всю программу сначала
    2) Для Apple Watch - возможность переключаться с тренировки по подходам на круговой тип тренировки с часов
    3) Для Apple Watch было бы удобно видеть пульс, когда таймер отсчитывает 60 секунд для контроля и правильного выбора интенсивности

    Но это все мелочи на самом деле :)

  • Get stronger, smarter

    The workouts continue to build throughout the 100 days. This is easy to follow (and you don’t need a gym). All the info posts help to add smarts to brawn :) The only negative for me (which turned into a funny positive) is this is translated from Russian to English and it isn’t always on target. I highly recommend this app.

  • Awesome app!

    Thanks Anton and his team for great workout program and app. I have a very simple taste - I like the best! Have not finished the program yet, but already more than half way through. Great timer feature so you don’t have to remember how many sets completed as long as you clicked “done” (works also with Apple Watch, which is an additional benefit as you don’t have to keep your phone next to you). Will probably do another 100 days to improve my strength as still struggling with pull-ups - I’m a beginner (female) using band to assist, started just with hanging down as didn’t have enough strength, increasing the time daily, now can do 3-4 with the band. Was very surprised by progress after 50 days - from 4 to 13 push-ups, from 40 to 80 squats! Hopefully when I finish the 2nd 100 days/SOTKU, you guys will launch a new advanced program and I will have enough strength to do it. The goal is set! I’m glad I know Russian language so I switched in the settings - you’ll get more videos (obviously in Russian language), but very informative and very helpful. Kudos to you guys!

    Thank you very much for your feedback! You should definitely be able to do regular pull-ups after second round of SOTKA! We are planning on making english videos too, but at first we have to fix all the misspellings and mistakes in texts!

    Seamless backup to the iCloud, smooth transition between the devices, flawlessly reliable in-app timer, and much more!

    I strongly advise to purchase the "Advanced Training Editor"! It will allow you to CUSTOMIZE THE PLAN TO THE FULLEST, and will transform the regimen into the highly personal routine!

    Otherwise, it is ABSOLUTELY FREE! Your resolve to drop the fat, and gain the muscles is the only requirement!

    The amount of the truly valid, honestly pure, and incredibly simply explained information within the app makes me wonder about how many hours/days/months have been invested into this masterpiece!

    Once finished, you could easily call yourself the Graduate of the SOTKA UNIVERSITY OF FITNESS AND HEALTH!
    Read the posts, fix your diet, exercise- you will barely recognize yourself a hundred days later...

    I acknowledge the remarkable app support, and the immediate communication from the Support Team!

  • Вопрос по функциональности

    На Андройд немного удобнее сделано кажется. В текущей версии по iOS нет возможности указать текущий день. Я делал 100ку на Андройд телефоне. Его грохнул. Как теперь начать с того 45 дня на телефоне по iOS?

    На Андроиде тоже нельзя выбрать день. Перед тем, как грохнуть, ты синхронизировал прогресс с облаком?
