Need help!
The CAM1 keeps telling me my WiFi network does not exist. I have called my Internet company & everything is working on that end. I have emailed back & forth with CONTIXO & at first they thought my camera was a drone then told me to send the camera back to them. They don’t answer the phone when I call the company. I need to talk to a real person! The camera comes in, seems to be working.. just won’t connect to the internet & there is no way of doing anything manually. Everything is done by pushing a button on the camera app. Please help me!Show lessBterrior1

no more support. no notifications like the other person said. i called the support number, and nice as they were they did they counts the help me. I wish hey would stand behind their productsrobbyhank
Alarm notifications
My cameras have stopped giving me alarm notifications and I can’t figure out how to fix it. I’ve looked in all iPhone and camera settings. I used to love them and recommend them to everyone, now I’m frustrated 😢Cindy Lou 2 Who
