Unable to open the app since the recent update
Since the app was updated on June 14th, I am still experiencing ++++++difficulties opening the app on my iPhone Pro Max 13. Please check in to fix the “glitches” because I have been using this app for a decade to keep track of my “work shift” schedule.Love it
I’d be absolutely lost without this AppYou pay yet there are still ads!!
This app has been great for the past 2 years especially given the price I paid. However all of a sudden ads are popping up???
Why pay a premium for an app yet still bombarded by apps especially when you’re trying to do something on the quick!!!Unable to change time of shifts
On iPhone 14 pro
The box doesn’t allow to you to change the start or end time of the shifts because it is cut off the screen.
This makes the app and my subscription useless.

First they charge you to remove the ads and then they charge you to be able to sync it to your iCloud account. Just trying to take your moneyUnknown restores. Unable to get ride of

Really unhappy with the new update. The squares around the icon look like a picture that has not loaded properly or is glitching. Please consider removing this for the next update. I’ve used this product for years and now looking for a new scheduling app.Not satisfied
I’ve been using my shift work for a number of years with my android device. Recently, I switched to an iPhone iOS device where the program is not compatible. I have been attempting to restore my purchase and my data but the program doesn’t allow me to do so. I’ve notified customer support and they stated that there was a bug that needed to be fixed and would be ready in a couple of days. Here it is now over a month that I have been asking to restore my data and purchase and nothing has been done. I’m very frustrated with the customer support team as it seems as they are only blowing smoke up my... Very disappointed and aggravated as I haven’t been able to access my shifts. I’ve been using this app for over a year now. Below is my first review. I’m writing this review to give an extra star and commend the amazing customer service I’ve received from the creators of this app. They’ve gone above and beyond to ease my use of this app. There’s some hiccups here and there but all in all, probably the most user friendly shift tracker.
Great app, when it works. But it randomly deleted all of my info. I emailed the support email, and all they said was “well did you back it up?” But you can only back up if you use the paid version. Maybe it’s more reliable if you use the paid version, but after this I probably wouldn’t give them my money.Show lessGreat app!
I was looking for something to enter my shifts that could connect with my our husband’s calendar so we could organize our lives! This is perfect! A couple of hiccups with the sync feature, but customer service was amazing, quick and very helpful to fix.
