Loved the service experience

Loved the way it do service.
It generates everything automatically like option for ticket for coming back.
But I want it to grow more by directly showing available seats for coming back.

The layout of this app is not as clear as Red Bus but the option to pay with an international card is priceless. It’s brilliant for booking your own transport while travelling in India.

Drawback in ticket booking

Last time booking find customer doesn’t have option to select birth according to our choice. Only while issuing the ticket birth allocation is from your system. So it should be added available birth/seats

I am very sorry to write this review. The experience of booking & cancellation is good. But what I don’t understand is while 3 senior citizens have booked together you put them in different compartments and that too in upper births. Just inhuman attitude. While the preference is given for lower birth and it’s not available you should say that before confirmation. We would have booked for an alternate train. Kishore

12 Uhr To Late

The train was 12 hour late. All bathroom was too dirty. Nobody help us because we have not any seat . We pay proper mony.
