Часть функционала не работает.

-1 звезда за невозможность отредактировать либо удалить заявку в случае, если вопрос уже решён. Опции в меню и кнопка при сдвиге заявки есть, но они не работают.
В остальном всё отлично.

На iOS нельзя войти ни в одну свою заявку. При любой попытке приложение сразу вылетает.
