Great but only at the beginning
I was winning a fair amount when I first started. I’ve played poker all my life including all the poker apps in the store but I’ve never seen an app with such unfair gameplay. I bought chips and ever since I can’t win for anything. I’ve lost every single hand even when the odds were way in my favor. And after my purchase I can’t get anything other than a 9-4 or other bad hole cards. Plus the betting is outrageous and I’m assuming it’s bots. They’ll bet an ungodly amount of money on the worst hands and still somehow win. Then all the bot players will taunt you even if you’re playing the right way. It’s ridiculous how much of my money I’ve lost over the last few days. I’m giving it a two but only because I do like the setup and graphics but I think I’m done. And no…this isn’t just people being cry babies. Every negative review is correct considering we’ve all experienced the same thing.Show lesscoltons92

This game was going good in the beginning, until I realized that it was rigged.. I kept winning and winning that I had 5mil chips.. not only that, but each time a player was in their last chips, they will ALWAYS win the hand and get the pot. Also, each time I’ll bet 4K each and every single player will fold as if the game did not want me to receive more chips from the pot........ which no longer made it fun. How is it that each and every single player will fold at 4K bets? Every hand..... smh.. guys if you’re looking for a poker app, believe and trust me, the best real player app is Pokerface live!!! By far the best
I’ve played pretty much every Texas Hold ‘‘em game in the App Store. This one is by far and away the best! There is entirely too much to talk about with this game. I love that you get player stats so when you sit down at a table you can “read” how people respond.
I know some people feel like this game is rigged. I have not seen any evidence of that at all. You win and you lose, it’s the name of the game. If you feel like this game is rigged, you probably shouldn’t be playing poker.
The game style is awesome, great emojis to use for communicating, lots of different types of Hold ‘‘em and tournaments, which are my personal favorite. I love this app. I check in every few hours for all the free perks.Show lessAmara Schade

No-one who plays poker likes to hear complaints about bad beats and river suck-outs…of course they happen, however unlikely…. But…..this game produces them way above the odds. Of course, as a player, you benefit as well as lose from this flaw. So, while maybe it all balances out, it does appear the algorithm is set up to produce « exciting » outcomes rather than realistic ones both in terms of the cards dealt and the runout.
For example, getting dealt QQ three times in a row can happen and being beaten all three times against lesser hands (by pocket 10’s on river 10, pocket 22s on river 2 and AJo on rivered A) can happen - but the odds of this occurring in successive hands are minuscule. Yet this sort of thing happens regularly in this game…..given some players are paying for their chips and the app claims to be random, some integrity checking is required here.Show lessHenricusIII

It’s 100% rigged even though they say it’s RNG certified they lie, on the ricer they make the other player always win I’ve had this happen to me multiple times, I’ve been playing this game for a year now and I’m stopping for good, waste of money and time, rather go to a real casino and play poker there instead of blowing my money here.Show lessEgidijus9510

I have on several occasions lost hands in Omaha because the game does not recognize the cards I have. Saying I have high card instead of flush or straight draws. There is nothing more frustrating than knowing you have the winning hand but recognizing that the game will not let you win anyway. This has happened to other players while I was in the lobby as well. I tried to report to customer service but there is no way to upload comments or pictures of proof which is what the website asked for. At least put a link or something to report issues so we know you are working on fixing the problem and possibly receive the chips lost due to the error.Show lesspleasefixitsoon1
Useless game
As you suggested I tried contacting through game even uploaded videos of playing and getting booted out.
Game is getting worse and worse for being booted out whilst playing 2-3 a tournament.
I’ve deleted app absolutely frustrating to play.
Shame too was outstanding once few issues here and there , wow has it changed lucky to get a round in let alone a tournament

Have been playing online Texas Hold’em for many, many years, I’ve probably have downloaded & played every poker app imaginable over that time. Some of the apps rank near this one but subsequently fail to surpass this game. Are there too many novice idiots that go “all in” too many times? Yes. Or think because they are holding one Ace they have the dominant hand and push all their chips in, again yes. There are a lot of morons playing online poker that tend to ruin the experience but in general despite these few frustrations this game still ranks number one overall. You’ll have 3 of a kind ‘Aces or kings’ and someone will make there low end straight on the river. And I’ve often been beat with pocket aces or Kings by someone getting their third 4 or 5 on the river. It never seems to give me my third high card. It’s as if it favours beginners and gives them better luck. As I’ve made a few purchases for chips on the game, I never get luck anymore, it’s as if they want me to buy more chips.Show lessStevecalla
