Notifications not working!!
Messages are not coming through since the last update! App has been deleted and reinstalled and still not working!! Please sort it out as some people are heavily reliant on this to look after elderly loved ones!!!!

I’ve had this since December 22 2018 and they App keeps on logging out and won’t let you log back in so you reset your password because it won’t let you login then it won’t except your password keep your money in your pocket this tracker is a waste of money You might as well just put your tablet whatever you want to track it’ll do a better job than this worst thing I ever bought from Vodafone and I’ve been with them since 1995

Brilliant
Bought this to keep an eye on my mum who has dementia. I know where she is all the time. Yes, it took a while to set up but that was my misunderstanding the instructions not the machine itself. Only wish it was a little smaller but no other faults.

Very poor from Vodafone, I would have expected this to be a lot better.
I got this to plant on my bike and found that the geo fence is a very large area basically the size of my block so if someone took my bike it would be long gone by the time I would be alerted and for them to disable, I was hoping for more like the 2-100m range the similar blue tooth key fobs you can get off eBay for pence but unfortunately not. The software seems very dated and not streamlined, and was a tad difficult to set up. It kept cutting out and basically did not work had to walk up the street and could only track it once not very accurate either I might add.

I can confirm this app works with Apple iPhone 6s Plus . With iso 12 .
Offline issues
Tracker app been unable to connect to server for hours today. Not exactly handy if you are relying on this device for piece of mind/ security🤯
Don’t waste your time.
Very frustrating after a long process of setting it up from Vodafone and then the app can’t connect to the server! What is the point of all this?? Such a waste of time and Money! I still haven’t seen it work! It’s been 6 days now

Tracking
Tonight, and it’s happened before, the app showed my tracker about a mile away (at home) when I was out for the evening and the tracker was about 10 inches away fro my phone! Doesn’t update properly even although it’s set to update regularly.
Consent to take my health data!?
Why would keeping track of my bag/car/pet require you to need all my health data?!?
The ‘must consent’ screen is compulsory as well, don’t like it.. don’t use it apparently!
When I know how my data would be used, then I can make an informed decision.
