Thank you for reaching out to us about this problem. This is not the experience we want you to have. Our team can fully understand your current mood, and we have listed a detailed version for you to troubleshoot. Recommended steps are as follows: 1. Adjust the volume. Please double-press the home button and close the application on the taskbar. Tap the app icon to play again, and try to adjust the volume button on the side of the device when the game is running. 2. Turn off the Mute mode. Try to adjust the physical mute button on the side of the device to turn off the Mute mode. If your device model is an iPad without a physical mute button, please make sure the bell icon in Control Settings was not selected. (Swipe down from the upper right corner of the screen on any interface and you can see the Control Settings.) 3. Turn off the Do Not Disturb mode. Please turn off the Do Not Disturb mode in Settings > Do not disturb mode. 4. Reboot the device. Please try to press and hold the Home button and the shutdown button on the side of the device at the same time. Do not release until you see the Apple sign. 5. Uninstall the app and reinstall it. Please try to uninstall the current app, and download the latest in the Appstore under the same AppleID account. Reinstall the app and allow the corresponding permissions. If you have purchased before, you can tap one locked level and then tap the "Restore Purchases" button in the pop-up window.
