Dysfunctional. App
I have been using this app since 2019. Every update that has been performed has diminished the functionality of this app. Unfortunately I have to use this app daily. The developer needs to return to the basic reason this app as created “ to use the input of the end user to create undercarriage reports. In my opinion they need to destroy this aggravating, and frustrating app that, at times is literally unusable on job site. If I could use the website to create my reports, I WOULD NEVER USE THIS APP AGAIN.

Waste Of Time
Would give it less stars but it won’t let me. Tells me I need to update, so when I go to update it takes me back App Store which when I add takes me back to WMS which tells me I must update. One vicious circle. Two thumbs down.
PSSR
This app has become more cumbersome as time has went on. Instead of getting better, it seems like more layers of crap have been added. Oh, I forgot to mention all the updates and the vicious cycle where you can’t use the app because it requires you to update. But you can’t update because there’s no current version available in the App Store to update to. This is the third time I’ve been stuck in the field and can’t use the app to measure undercarriage due to updates and no new version to update to. This app has been in place for a few years now. Why are we still experiencing this kind of stuff?

Failures out way progress
As a PSSR this is a burden. This app is made with good intentions but fails to execute. This triples my workload and always leaves me dead in front of a customer. I need reliability please !
Time waster
App wants to update but just goes around in a circle and won’t let you in, the whole system is awkward.

Caterpillar has update out but IOS Apple has not released update please have this released ASAP.
Awful interface and time killer
Takes extremely too long to setup history for a machine and tripled the time for each inspection. Absolutely awful.
Ugh why?
11year user. Roll it back to previous version, this update makes it just about unusable. KEEP IT SIMPLE
Cumbersome
Unable to update Service Work History making your inspection useless unless you fill out another Service Work History. The first inspection now takes two to three times longer if you try to fill everything out correctly.

Worst app that Cat has ever created. Back and forth across multiple screens to input information. The last version was just fine. What in the heck were you thinking?
