Its just a slot machine disguised as a fishing game
Its free like they tell if if you are happy just pushing buttons and never really winning anything. There is literally zero skilled involved in this game. Just upgrading and button pushing. You can set up autoclicker on your phone and walk away. I played quite a bit and did enjoy it. I also spent my fair share of money. You need to spend in the hundreds if you want to place in any events especially as you move up the ranks. You will be constantly frustrated by losing to people you shouldnt lose to. The fishing algorithm they use, i feel has one purpose, to get you to spend money. It works. Follows all the gaming psychology to a T. You will soon find out that you cant catch bigger fish even after upgrading lures and gear. You will use thousands of powerups trying to no avail all to get you to buy more. To be fair game is fun and addicting and the graphics are good. I just cant spend anymore money on it which means I cant compete, which means whats the point. I tried quitting before and came back. Now im trying again. Like I said its a slot machine dressed up as a fishing game. You are at the mercy of the algorithm and you will soon find out how frustrating that can be.

Good game but this company do not care about players. They do everything possible in this game to have more players to spend a lot of money. Do not worth anymore playing this game
A downward slide
So much potential to be a really enjoyable game for the majority, unfortunately it is highly geared towards the minority that will spend excessively. Fishing Clash spends so much time and energy on manipulating players, baiting them like a lousy gambler at every turn (be warned if this is your personal weakness). If you spend money on this I promise Fishing Clash will eventually make you sorry that you did. Everything is variable and fluid, there is nothing you can stake your skill or level on with any certainty. The bar is always moving. I was a solid player for two years until it became so ridiculous. Wanna feel cheated, spend your pearls and spin the wheel, don’t take my word for it go ahead and see for yourself. It’s sad really because I have tried time and time again to come back and simply enjoy the game each time eventually leaving feeling the same, cheated and manipulated.

Be prepared for frustration
In fairness,the game is exciting and fun but spending money is pretty much essential. And a lot of it. I’m in a clan with nice people who spend hundreds each month. I spend a little and hold my own but I’m out of my league most of the time. And it crashes….A Lot! You could be in the winning position of a very important run, say you need 4 wins in a row for a huge reward and boom. You’ve spent hundreds of resources to get to that point, they’re all gone. In a heartbeat. So, you go through the process of days to contact customer support. They either don’t get back to you at all or request a screenshot. That’s ridiculous. So they pat you on the back and say how sorry they are, no compensation no answers. And it is a long term commitment which is great but it’s like a bad marriage. If you’re into frustration, throwing away your money and horrible customer support this is the game for you. I’m here looking for a new game and stopped in to leave a review on my way out. There are so many other things I could mention but I’m just so done with this game. Another thing is that even the people in my clan who have been playing for years complain quite a bit about the game issues.

New avatars needed
I’ve been playing this game for a while. The graphics are great. The opportunities are endless. The challenges keep coming. There are a few frustrating areas…but areas I can generally get passed. My big issue is the over sexualized used of a white blonde women as the main female avatar. I thought it would change over time and the app would grow options. Come on boys…create some new avatars.
…after reading other reviews I would like to add I’ve gotten pretty far in this game and not paid for anything, which I do appreciate. Others talk about having to pay money but really you don’t.
The duel matchup can be unfair and takes too many points away to keep trying. Since duels are required to advance in areas of the game it would be a lot more fun if they were matched more equally.

Too Much Gatcha Hurts the Fish
I definitely enjoy FC, and have already put some decent hours into it since picking it up only days ago. The main issue i have is the gatcha style of obtaining lures and rods, it really puts a downer on the play when you pop a reward pack only for everything to be for another location.

Actual real fish
I just download this game because I wasn’t allowed to go fishing today and then I saw this game and I thought it looked interesting and I download it I catch the fish and I forgot was it called but then I looked at it looked realistic so I searched up the name it’s real everything you catch this game is real it’s amazing developer people that made this game good job

Awesome Game And Awesome Developers
Got this game a week or 2 back and instantly was hooked, hopped on earlier to play and after a few duels my game stopped working and I couldn’t access duels lasted about 5-10 minutes and I was back playing, wasn’t bothered then I hopped on before and I received 50 of each power up for the issues, really helped me out as I was running low

Greedy
Money grab, and players pay for this! After playing 4–5 months, I can 100% confirm this is one of the most pay to win games you will find, and it’s expensive. You can grind so much, but players will buy Rod sand fish every event and there is no way to compete even if you spend a little. Might as well just sell the prizes in the shop as skill cannot np ridge the spending gap. After all it isn’t really a game of skill to catch a fish! Could be a very good game, but so greedy, greedy, greedy. Definitely wish I had never started the game tbh.
Edit. Gets even more P2W the higher you go, of that we’re even possible. Game comprised of 1% skill 4% strategy (upgrading lures, rods, skill tree) 95% spending cash. I’m being serious. The game could very good but they ruined it with £ being such an overwhelming factor it leaves rng nowhere, and skill isn’t a part at all. I just don’t get how players gain satisfaction knowing rewards are just bought with cash. This is where we are today. 1star because of dumb players and greedy company.

Good game over all
This a awesome game addicting at that lol you cant stop playing but there are things that could be improve . I really would of like it if you can make gifts with thin your clan exchange lures gift pearls or different items as that to specific people if you liked with in the clan your playing on i also would not mind to have a mic aded so you could be able to hear your clan mates if you like it or to communicate easy also it would be good if the app would match you on the duels and some other things with thin your level but i guess its all about spending with this game it not use to be like this and prices went up some of us cant afford it all the time but i would definitely add more fun things to it to make it funner thank what already is just some ideas to leave you guys with.
