The Accounts section is not active. How do I connect with my PAID and Pioneer supported Beatport link and other accounts?

Good app but need easier search option and when I got my new phone I lost all my play lists on the app, first time this has happened and it’s really frustrated me because I now have over 1500 songs to sort out.
Could do with up dating though with the option to use a 3rd deck maybe, that would make this app!

Love it.
However effects are only working on channel one not channel two. Third party apps they both work. Please fix. And above comment, turn off vinyl spin, I often touch with palm of hand and track skips slightly.

The effects layout is super lame
I would give this application 5 stars, however the effects are really killing it for me. I like that you can manually beatmatch (as opposed to the Traktor App which relies on syncing) and I like the overall layout. But, here is what kills it for me: you can't use just one effect; you have to use either two, or none. All effects are executed via a location on a grid, and you can only choose the intensity of both effects via (x,y) coordinates. Why?! CDJ's don't have this, DDJ-SX's don't have this, even the Traktor app doesn't have this. It's really annoying, especially when you can't echo out of a song properly, rendering it useless for live performances. Please pioneer, fix this useless implementation. It's not that hard of a fix, and the bright side is that effects will end up using less processing power, allowing for a smoother performance. Because of this, I am sticking to the Traktor app for performances, preparation, etc...

Option to turn off touch plates
Pioneer, can you give us the option for WeGo 4 to turn off the touch plates (vinyl mode)?

Biggest problem is the tagging of the bpm. Some tracks are analyzed at half the bpm (eg. 90/180) and cannot be mixed together. Djay2 has a setting to cut bpm in half. This, and lack of being able to stream Spotify are negatives. Also grids are too far apart. They should touch in the middle.

This app is great at what it does, but it has a huge issue that is making it useless to me. The issue is Apple Music integration, I want to be able to use my downloaded songs from Apple Music but it won't let me do it is useless
Not working with ddj wego4. Dont buy it.
I bought a ddj wego4 but it doesnt work. I have an iphone 7 plus. When connected, the controllers on the wego4 dont do anything on the app. I can hear the music goin to the speaker and headphones but none of the buttons or jog wheels do anything to control the app. What a waste of $300!!! Dont buy it!!! Plus on the pioneer web site, the iphone is not listed under "compatible OS and hardware"

Won't open
I have iPhone 6 running iOS 8 and the app doesn't open. I did try turning off and on the iPhone and still doesn't open. Will change my rating when an update is available to fix the problem. The UPDATE VER. 1.1.0 the app still doesn't open, just crashes after you press it. Please fix.
