Did not load, couldn’t pay to park
I downloaded this app after seeing street signs saying it’s required to pay for parking in Athens but I couldn’t use it at all since it simply wouldn’t load. After opening, the app loading wheel just kept spinning until it errored out. Couldn’t pay for parking, even though I tried.

Bad experience and literally 10minutes spent to buy 1hr parking
In the end it works, but what an annoying user experience. Download another app? Why do i need to give you all my details including my foreign home address to pay €2 to park? Why can’t i pay with apple or google pay? Why do i need to go through a ‘top up’ instead of just paying? Why can’t i type freely, when the automatic map doesn’t pick up the right street name? Or enter a number for the parking zone? Why are the final checkout screens only in Greek?
It would have been so much faster to get a paper ticket.
