Amazing game ruined with ads & other not fun stuff
Experience ruined. There is literally an ad after every little thing I do in this game. One ad showed up in the middle of a level and when it was over, took me right back to the main menu. You guys totally screwed this game up with the time unlocks and ads. But we did it so more people could play.” Right.
Wait, a subscription??!! Right. Yeah, you can pay to remove ads and get unlimited time, yada yada. But 5 bucks is way too much for this game, 3 bucks, maybe. Hopefully this crap won’t show up in Super Phantom Cat 3, if there is one. I loved the first game and was so excited for this one. Such a shame.Show lesszed_zer0
Beautiful but lacking.
There are very few levels awesome as they are. What's worse is there's so many ads. There were a few here and there at first but now there's three you have to sit through per level and sometimes one just going through the menus. I considered "buying" the game, but with no new content (except for ads) what is the point?
Edit: I did purchase the adfree / energy when it went on sale because my son loves to play it and the price was a no brainer. It made the game much more enjoyable. I’ve also upgraded everything and unlocked all the heroes.
Still there’s a few minor things I’d like to point out. My son plays on an ipad 3 and the gameplay suffers quite a bit. It stutters a fair amount and it actually makes the last level impossible because it changes the timing of your hops so you keep running into flying baddies and dying. I don’t know if anything can be done but I thought I’d mention it.
I didn’t have the coins to buy the first few bonus levels so now they are gone forevermore? :(
Of course, more levels please! Maybe pull in some “classics” too?
Maybe an option to not use potions and balloons immediately? Sometimes it’s just not worth it. Not that I have anything left to spend my coins on.
Cloud sharing didn’t seem to work right. I was unable to share progress between ipads. I trying deleting the data and game but couldn’t get it to work. Maybe because his iOS version is much older?Show lessCount Cassius

Regarding In-App purchases and In-Game Advertisements, SPC 2 is not a premium version compared to it's prequel. In order to reach more users globally, we had to adopt the freemium model. However with changes in feature "BASE", players can exploit a lot of resources and not reduce spending on IAP's. And because not all players like to spend directly on game currency, ad-model had to adopted. Hi I have been enojoying this game so far and I'm getting quite far into it. I have been annoyed all day by a bug that is wasting my in game currency and is unnefficent.
For some reason when I use the balloon maker in the game it won't let me use the balloon when it's finished. Just a small bug that I hope gets patched soon. 🙂Show lessLuc Puffle

Hard to imagine, but this game is EVEN BETTER than the first one! If you love platformers, you’re gonna love this one guaranteed. For such a small cost to get unlimited energy and a few other goodies, I was able to play this for an entire flight coast to coast in the US and back. Tons and tons of stuff to do. Kudos to the devs on an absolute gem and I can’t wait for more levels!
Feedback: I wish it didn’t cost in game currency to keep a Quest once it’s been played. If you want to play it again and again, I understand the charge (500 coins I think) but It would sure be nice to at least know which ones I’ve completed without spending in game money!

Best platformer on iOS
I loved Super Phantom Cat and felt that it was the best platformer on iOS. After playing through most of #2 I think it's a worthy successor that's improved on the first. The game play and levels are fantastic, and I really liked the addition of the treasure chests (though not the key brewing/buying) and hidden coin areas. I like the new ice power too; I think those were some of the most enjoyable levels. The only reason I'm holding off on the fifth star is the freemium platform. I really don't like freemium games. I understand that they probably make more money for the devs, but I would much rather spend money up front on a game. That being said, this is probably the best form of freemium, because you don't *need* to spend money to enjoy it. You just need a bit of patience, but you don't feel as though you're being left in the dust if you don't fork over lots of money. Overall fantastic 2nd entry!Show lessSkidude64
I Want More!!
I seriously love this game!! And it's so much fun and very addicting too. But once I completed all of the levels, I wish there was just a bit more (or even more quests). There also looks to be a fifth level that I don't know how to access yet....Foofle_bear

Broken game
Cool game I finished in about a week, but the treasure shrine is a bit annoying because I only used it once before it stopped. And I deleted the app and got it again so I could restart and it joined up wth my old progress good idea, but there should be a restart button. Also after my treasure shrine stopped my energy never refreshes anymore it keeps going to 00:00 then back to 60:00 minutes left but never gets energy I'm going to try the old version.Show lesscraniumdonuts

An amazing game.
The whole concept is very similar to Mario Bros but with cooler graphics. Great for cat lovers and overall I really loved it :)
(Sometimes the game glitches which prevents you from getting the reward button but that's the only thumbs down thing about this game)00526YK
