Unreliable
The app worked great initially. Then last year it started glitching. Would not load patients. I had to constantly re add them. Then I would have multiples of every patient. I would delete medications and they would reappear. I removed the app then tried to add it again when I couldn’t get it to load at all. It still will not open. It was so convenient in the beginning. I wish it worked still. Bummer.

What happened?
I loved this app when I first got it. It was so convenient and easy to use. Then this past year the problems started. My info would not load. Could not refill any scripts. Now I can’t log in, it says my password is wrong and it will not let me reset it. Very frustrating!

Phone Number
App will not let me enter my phone number. This is probably why I don’t receive a call when my prescription is ready.
Always need reset
Constantly have to reset it and fix the location because it doesn’t pull from the account.
Doesn't work
This app doesn't recognize any of our names or medications to submit refills. It is as if nothing has been set up, however it has been. We've been customers of this pharmacy for many, many years. It would be nice if the app would work as intended. Instead, we just have to wait until the pharmacy opens and tie up their phone lines to manually call in a refill. It seems counterintuitive to do so, when the app is available to do these requests without bothering the employees by phone. I know they are quite busy at this location and I'd rather use the app. It hasn't worked correctly in quite some time.
