  • select all that apply.. or don’t!

    i do love this app and taking surveys for money (yes it’s real!!) but there are a few things i hate about it. during most “select all that apply” questions, especially on daily questions, you can only select 1 option which defeats the whole purpose of that question. also whenever you’re in the middle of a survey, there’s no way to back out of it and come back later. i can’t tell you how many times i’ve been close to done with a 1000 or 2000 point survey, need to go do something really quick so i hit (what should be) the back arrow, and then the whole survey disappears and i just wasted 15 minutes for no points. a lot of times there’s no way to go back to a particular question either, and then i forget that the back button takes me all the way back and i’ll lose my progress so i hit that and then screw myself over. basically the ui could use some adjusting. otherwise the app is great and i love making easy (albeit slow and time consuming) money!

  • Security Concerns

    I have been actively taking surveys with YouGov for many years through their website, and have been happy with the payouts that I have gotten. I recently found the app and downloaded it. The app runs well, and the content seems to be the same as using the website. However, after looking through the settings, and seeing the long list of permissions and tracking for other companies to have access to your data, I decided to delete the app. You can deselect options, but I would rather continue to access YouGov through their website, rather than use the app, to keep my phone secure. This is my personal preference, the app seems great, otherwise. This review is to alert other users to this issue.

  • Over six years

    I’ve been doing you gov for a long time I had my problems yes but I do get my points. You got to give me a chance I mean doing this for over six years and I do get my rewards my big rewards timer for those of you don’t think it works. It does it really work my daughter was thinking this wasn’t gonna work. She’s doing now thank you go.
