App continuously fails
App will continuously lock me out of my account sometimes multiple occasions in a single month and will not be able to log into app until contacting a local branch.

Extremely Glitchy
Frequent glitches within the app and login process. Extremely frustrating that I have to call the bank every time to “refresh” my account so it will work in the app.
Bad!
Continually get locked out of my account and have to call to get my account reactivated. Have had no help in solving this issue besides the same process of not being able to access my account until the office can resolve everything on their end. Complete waste of time.
Deposits don’t always work
When depositing checks, errors occur a lot on the app. I just had to go through the deposit steps 4 times before it finally let me deposit the check; this happens a lot.
Face Recognition
I have set up face recognition on my phone for this App several time and it never works. I have face recognition on multiple other sites, including bank/credit card Apps and they all work great.

Great app
Great app but wish you could label or write a memo on deposited checks as well as internal transfers. Also wish you you go back and view deposits indefinitely instead of only the ones in the last 30 days or so.
