Perfect App to work towards my goals.
My coach gave me my nutrition and workout plan on this app and it’s so easy to use. Everything under simple headings and so easy to follow the workouts and meals set by my coach.JamesR35
To much Work
Alot of work! the last thing i want to be frustrated with during my work out is the app i am relying on from my coach.
The font is small and if you have gotten to certain age small font is just not an option.
There is no place for personal notes about your sets for you to reference to on your next workout
The supersets are set up as individual work sets. Once you mark one item done you have to scroll all the way up the page and then click to move to next screen to mark the other part of your superset-Show lessggg2g

I would say it is a really good app, the concept, environment, design, is really good, they way how you are able to track everything like workouts, weights, etc is nice, but also been able to contact your trainer through the same app is something that I like, having meals plan, workouts, pdf or any other docs plus communication, all together in one app is really handy.
What do I think should be improve? Well, when you are in a workout and want to go back, that arrow a the top left corner doesn’t always work, maybe is too close to the edge.
The tutorials (videos) are also too close or outside the top edge, so you are not able to see the top part of the video, could be the head of the person or where the arms go doing overhead shoulders press, for example.Show lessjhoango
