Doesn’t sync with iphone. Contacted support, friendly, but no solutionSome weeks don't sync
Great app idea and nice challenges, but I have one, not so small, problem: the app doesn't seem to sync with IOS health app/apple watch properly - some of my weeks sync okay, but on some it's showing "0" steps for the whole week?

Iš pirmo žvilgsnio viskas atrodo puiku, bet kai reikia iškeisti taškus, supranti, kad laiko gaišimas šita programėlė (su IKI taškų keitimu). Parduotuvės, kuriose galima keisti taškus, parinktos neatsitiktinai - tai tos parduotuvės, kuriose veikia beveik tik savitarna ir kasoje žmonės nesėdi (nebent norit eiti į ne klientams skirtas patalpas ir ieškoti darbuotojo, kad atidarytų dėl jūsų ne savitarnos kasą)Show lessDeveloper Response

Taip pat pasiūlymu galima pasinaudoti ir sąraše neesančiose parduotuvėse, Bitutės kasose. O visai neužilgo, pasinaudoti pasiūlymu galėsite visų parduotuvių, bet kurioje kasoje. Great idea, but I have spent too much time trying to figure out first why the data does not sync accurately with my iOS Health app, second getting the app to update the step count in the Challenge I joined with my family -steps show more accurately in one area of the app (ie homepage) but does not match in other areas of the app (ie Challenge)-, and third trying to log in when I restart the app to see if that action fixes the syncing and connecting issues. Lastly, the app shows the same error “#walk15 Error”, “Network request failed“ though the root cause for the issue being experienced may be different. I would give it just a one star rating but the app support person was responsive so I upped the rating the two stars for their efforts. May re use it in the future if/when the issues I experienced are fixed.Show lessDeveloper Response
