Loved the first two seasons.
I am an avid player, and I breathlessly wait until the new episodes are released, however season 3 was not like the others.
The gameplay has dramatically decreased. What happened to the puzzles and excitement of the seasons? It's turned into a 1gb story with hardly any choices. Give us substance! Please! I would love to continue to play Clem's story if I actually get to PLAY Clem. The new characters were lukewarm, not to mention most of them died.

I love this series but the main character should have been clementine and the lag is annoying af and I can't import my season 2 save if they make a season 4 I hope they fix these problems stop updating i liked the good old season 1 and 2 system better they are just ruining the feel of it with lag and my game is always crashing other than that I love the game and hope they fix these problems in season for if there is one and the audio sounds like an early 2000's computer gameShow lessAaronwilliams14

I like it better than the second one but not as good as the first. A few glitches but otherwise ok.
I would love to see a series of three movies made based on the three seasons of this game. I already have some of the cast picked.
Shemar Moore as Lee and Norman Reedus as Kenny. Would like to see an unknown as Clementine. Would also like to see all the killed off actors from the walking dead to play a role.Show lessPat Fab

I paid up front for all the episodes ..... still waiting for them from 3 onwards but money taken off quick enough !! When will I be able to continue playing ???? The first few episodes were done in a couple of days !!! .......... now into June and still waiting for the episodes !!!!Bla68

So, I only just found out that season 3 was out, why no advertising Telltale? Upside is that all the episodes are out, so no waiting which was a big downer in season 2.
I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about, but the story is just as great as the previous 2. Well done guys!

Telltale is AWESOME!
Amazing game, I've completed all Telltale games so far and they are a total joygasm!
The batman one needs updating though as there were so many glitches I come across like crashing back to my ipads home screen, game freezing and then going back to iPads home screen, please get it fixed as it's not fair that we pay good money only to encounter problems.
I wish Telltale would do a wrestling one where you choose options in a match which leads to the outcome of the match itself I've had loads tell me they would love you to make a game like that too.

Not as good as Season 1 & 2
I love everything Walking Dead but I've found this season to have a lot less interaction than the previous 2 seasons. Most of your decisions are simply choosing what to say. Exploring your surroundings in certain scenes was a great way to engage the player in S1 & 2 but this appears lost in this season. I would have liked to had seen a previous character from S1 or 2 I.e Christa, Jesus' involvement is little to non existent this season which was a shame. Hoping season 4 doesn't take as long to be released as S2 to S3 was 2 years! These games are a highlight in the whole franchise. Don't make us wait so long!Show lessBennotheyid
Needs to fix some saves issues
After the latest update, I lost all my saved files, now I have to play through episode 1 again... the story itself is very engaging but it can be longer. Still very good game and I recommend!!Beep*
The Lagging Dead
This game is great. Not only is the story fantastic the characters are great as well. Now you all can disagree with me but this is my favorite walking dead game. With the shocking twists mixed with some gory deaths will leave you hanging on to the edge of your seat. Except there are a few things wrong with this game...
The LAG! You wouldn't believe how many times I've had to reopen this app to play. There also have been times where I've paused screens to stop the constant lag and IT DOESN'T DO ANYTHING.
This is pretty minor but the space it takes is kind off appalling but not too much of a problem as you can expect that from telltale games.
Oh my god the audio. The characters have quite good audio but the walkers and gunshots are just cheesy. When someone punches someone else you'd think that you were listening to a 90's action film. The imagery is fine but a bit fuzzy at times but you can expect this from a mobile game.
Well that ends my review. Hope I didn't sound like I was looking for everything bad and just talking about that, but I do love this game sincerely.Show lessRylanLynch

You will see most reviewers saying the same, the episodes are too short and TellTale take too long to release episodes...then let you down with their false promises. I have played all of the previous TT games and although some play better than others, they always get a 5/5 for storyline and character development. WD1 was brilliant, although a little too puzzle minded. They got it spot on with S2, good length for the money you pay and fast paced action. S3 is more expensive nowadays and WAY too short- I've had to replay both episodes to remember what happened in time for episode 3. Would have been 5 star if I felt I got my monies worth. TellTale, you gotta listen to the fans more!!

It's just scraped a 5 star for me, only because of how amazing episodes 3-5 are. It's still too short, although if you have the cash and you love WD, get on it! The story and narrative throughout is excellent, TT do an amazing job at connecting you with the characters. Get ready for a LOT of tough decisions!Show lessDannyUTO
