Pointless if they can’t find you a cab
I’ve given up using this app. Every single time I’ve tried to pre book a cab using the app, I’ve got a call just before pick up time saying they don’t have one available.
DO NOT PRE-BOOK
Twice now I have pre-booked a taxi only to be told “sorry we couldn’t find a cab” Caused me too much stress. I will NEVER use them again.

You can’t use this app if you are from outside UK.
Worked first time
Easy to use taxi service and card payment worked perfectly too, unlike the main apps, the prices are fair fares and don’t suddenly rise because of demand!
Best Brighton Taxi app by far
I have used this app a lot of times and would recommend it to anyone. Very easy to use and card payment method is 2nd to none.
Useless Company
I booked a taxi 14 hours in advance of needing it and followed up with a phone call as I knew it could be tricky picking me up after the football but was told it would be no problem and the driver would call when he was close so that I could go and find him. At the scheduled pick up time I hadn't heard anything so called the company and they hadn't even assigned a driver. Fortunately I was able to catch a train. This is a Complete joke of a company which I strongly recommend avoiding and I am pleased that I didn't give them any money.

Estimate arrival times are always incorrect
Multiple times I was late for meetings because the taxis don't actually arrive on time. I don't have this problem when using Uber.
Poor
Search facility delivers no results. Unable to get a fare quotation. App keeps saying I've timed out then logs me out and doesn't allow me to log back in.
Simple the best
Fantastic app to book a local taxi. Can track the car while it's on it's way to you. Can check estimated cost of the fare. Above all the cabby is a local.
It doesn't work.
I never got the validation code required for the registration.
