Improved App performance

This new version of GoCC4All includes: - Capacity to display emergency alert messages in Spanish when available. - The app now opens in the Emergency alerts section instead of the TV section. - The emergency contact will now receive SOS messages and severe emergency alerts directly on their phone by downloading the app. Previously, the emergency contact was only receiving an email. - Screen contrast, voice-over capabilities, and some wording have been improved. - A credits tab was added to the About Section of the app. - It now offers the capability to move/recover the user's account on other devices. - Improved the user registration process.

- "Always allow" option for significant location updating. This delivers accurate emergency alerts to the user even when the app is not opened after a significant location change. - Expanded app settings to allow the user to turn off push notifications and location services without leaving the app. - Registering and turning on location services are now mandatory to use the Emergency Alert System. - Added an onboarding "Opt-in" screen to allow users to easily register and allow location services without needing to search the app for it. - Updated how line size can be set to allow users to more quickly fine the line size corresponding to their braille display. - Includes legal information regarding Privacy Policy and Terms of Service in the app settings - Reformatted the alert details screen to be better organized and have larger text size. - Removed profile button on Emergency Alert Screen. - More alerts to give the user an indication of what is happening if there are any errors.

- Reformatted the entire settings menu with a more clear design! - Fixed a bug that occurred when pressing the settings button while reading with Braille mode off on an iPad! - Added Emergency Alert System allowing users to register and have their location available to be sent to authorities and/or their specified contact in cases of emergencies. - Implemented an SOS button that allows users can email their location to themselves and a specified emergency contact quickly and efficiently. - Created a button to allow the option to unregister if the user would not like to have their location shared. - Created an option to edit the information originally used to register.
